When you pay to Qualified Writers UK for buying writing services, it means that you agree to the terms and policies of the company. As for refund policy, students can request for refund within 24 hours after placing the order. In this case, 10% to 15% cancellation fee will be applied. Once the order is delivered, students can request for a refund in certain cases where students are not satisfied with the paper or writer has not followed the instructions. A refund can also be initiated in the case when order is not delivered on the deadline. However, in the case where students are already informed about the delay does not fall into the category. Order Cancellation Policy
